Deep cleaning in Orlando, FL
A deep clean is the full reset: everything a standard clean covers, plus the buildup that collects in the places nobody touches week to week. Baseboards hand-wiped. Shower grout scrubbed. Window sills and tracks cleaned out. Inside the microwave, on top of cabinets, behind the toilet, under the beds. If it has been months — or ever — since the house got this level of attention, this is the service.
When a deep clean is the right call
First-time clients almost always start here, because recurring visits can only maintain what is already clean. It is also the right choice before listing a home for sale, after illness, when moving in or out, after construction dust settles, or once or twice a year as a seasonal reset. Many Orlando clients book one before the holidays and one in spring, when pollen season ends.
What makes it different from a standard clean
Time and detail. A deep clean takes roughly twice as long as a standard clean on the same home. The crew works slower and closer: grout lines get a brush, not just a wipe. Cabinet fronts get degreased. Light fixtures and ceiling fans get dusted. Vents get wiped. Every bathroom gets the mildew treatment Florida humidity demands. Nothing is rushed.
What to expect on the day
Plan for a longer visit — a three-bedroom deep clean often runs most of the day with one cleaner, less with a team. A quick walkthrough at the start lets you point out priorities. Afterward, walk through with the crew and check the spots that mattered most. Many clients follow a deep clean with recurring standard visits to hold the result.
How It Works
Step 1 — The walkthrough. We tour the house with you and note priorities. The bathrooms that need the most work. The kitchen buildup. The rooms that matter and the ones that do not. This takes ten minutes and prevents misunderstandings.
Step 2 — Top to bottom. The crew starts high — ceiling fans, light fixtures, tops of cabinets — and works down. Dust falls downward, so this order means nothing gets cleaned twice.
Step 3 — The detail pass. This is what makes it deep. Grout scrubbed with a brush. Baseboards hand-wiped. Window tracks vacuumed and wiped. Switch plates, door handles, and trim detailed.
Step 4 — Bathrooms and kitchen. These rooms get the most time. Showers descaled, toilets detailed inside and out, sinks and faucets shined, appliances wiped inside and out, cabinet fronts degreased.
Step 5 — Floors last. Everything gets vacuumed and mopped last, so the floors are pristine when we leave. Then we walk through with you and check the priority spots together.
Orlando-Specific Deep Clean Notes
Florida homes have quirks. The AC vents collect dust fast because the system runs ten months a year. Sliding glass door tracks fill with sand and grit. Outdoor humidity means mildew in showers that northern homes never see. Our deep clean checklist is built for Orlando realities, not a generic template.
Pollen season deserves special mention. From February through April, oak pollen coats every surface. A deep clean timed for late April resets the house after the worst of it. Many clients make this an annual ritual.
What a Deep Clean Cannot Fix
Honesty matters: a deep clean is cleaning, not renovation. Stained grout improves but may not become new. Scratched stovetops stay scratched. Failing caulk needs a handyman, not a cleaner. We tell you upfront what cleaning can and cannot do, so there are no disappointed expectations.
